Job Description

The After School Site Administrator is responsible for the direct supervision of all personnel and participants at their specific program site. This position is responsible for all phases of the successful safe operation and total administration of the program site during the school year and summer.

The After School Site Administrator is an experienced and well organized individual with demonstrated skills in education, administration, management, and the development of academic, recreation, and enrichment activities/curriculum for children in grades K-6. In this position, the Site Administrator works closely with parents, staff, teachers, and community collaborators on program initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills; have experience working in after school or recreational programs—particularly with children ages K-6; have demonstrated ability to train, supervise and evaluate staff; and experience working with a team to develop activity and recruitment strategies.

 

Job Requirements

Minimum: BA Degree. Supervisory/administrative experience in school-age programs or in a school environment. Salary based on experience and credentials. $28,500 - $33,000.
