Educational Resources for Children, Inc. (ERfC)

is looking to hire

AFTER SCHOOL TEAM LEADERS

to work with children in grades K-6

at our After School Learning Center locations in Enfield, CT.

 

After School Team Leaders:

• Provide opportunities for students to do well and find enjoyment in homework and  school projects
• Develop and strengthen literacy and social skills, and support school day success
• Lead organized learning activities for students to develop and strengthen their academic, physical, and social skills
• Work as a member of a team to implement age appropriate after school learning and enrichment activities.

Work Schedule:

·         2:30 PM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday                                           

·         Immediate Openings  

·         Attendance at some family night activities required

·         Total hours:  18-20 per week

Other Requirements:

·         Must be age 21 or over

·         Must have experience working with children in a camp, after school program, or school setting       

·         Must have own transportation

·         $9.50 - $12.50 per hour  based on experience
